Appetizers

Vegetable Napoleon $7
Eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, tomato and basil topped with fresh
mazzarella, served on a bed of locally-grown organic greens

Granata Farms Arugula Salad $6
Arugula greens with Haystack mountain goat cheese and blueberries

Mozzarella Caprese Salad $7
Fresh tomatoes, mozzarella and basil topped with olive oil, balsamic
vinegar, served on top of a locally-grown organic salad

Grilled Romaine Heart Salad $6
With shaved Parmesan Reggiano, served with a lemon vinaigrette

Main Courses

Colorado Bison Burger $10
Served with sweet potato fries & your choice of pepper jack, cheddar,
blue or provolone cheese

Cook Inlet Wild-Caught Sockeye Salmon $16
Served with orzo pasta & locally grown wilted greens

Satchel’s Smoked Baby Back Ribs $15
Served with locally grown organic sugar snap and snow peas & new potatoes

Flat Iron Steak $14
Seared flat iron steak with a sage butter or Chimmichurri sauce, served
with organic sugar snap peas and new potatoes

Bowtie pasta with sautéed mushrooms, tomatoes, & basil, wilted greens,
and fresh mozzarella. Add two fried eggs $2.50. Add chicken parmesan $6.
