Join Satchel’s for an evening of great food and wine.  A four course tasting!  First course includes three wines and three appetizers.  The meal will be served with a selection of house red and white wines served on each table.

Organic baby spinach salad
Shaved parmesan, bacon lardoons and Dijon vinaigrette
Main Course-choice of
Braised oxtail ragu
Truffle grits and` biscuits
Ahi tuna Tar tartare
Avocado, sweet and sour sauce and wonton crisp
Clam Risotto
Parsley, sweet peas and garlic bread
Whole roasted Berkshire pork loin
Fennel sausage, potato puree, Brussels sprouts, port wine reduction

Strawberry Panna Cotta
